コーヒーの自家焙煎始めました

ロースタリー巡りにも飽きてきたので、ついに自家焙煎を始めました。

ポートランドだろうが表参道だろうが、エチオピア産の豆を使うなら、家でローストしても変わんないじゃん、ということで。

試しに適当にやってみたら、めちゃくちゃ美味しくできました。

今では全くコーヒー屋さんに行っておりません。

I started roastring a coffee at home becouse I lost interest to check out coffee roastery in Tokyo.

It doesn’t matter where roast. The only thing that matters is how to do that.

I love coffee from Ethiopia so I bought it from Amazon. I tried roasting it, it was great for the first time!

Now, I already don’t need to go coffee roasters!
